The cube scrambles, then "solves" itself 2. INSTALLATION -------------------------- To install the screensaver, copy it to your "system32" folder: Windows 95/98: C:\WINDOWS\system Windows NT/2000: C:\WINNT\system32 Windows XP: C:\WINDOWS\system32 This will list the screensaver "QBic" in the list of available screen savers on your system - to show the list and select the screen saver, right-click on your desktop, then click Properties, then the Screen Saver tab. 3. CONFIGURATION OPTIONS ------------------------- To configure QBic, select it from the list of screen savers and click the Settings button. The following options are available: Scrambling and Solving speeds Control the speed of the individual stacks, as the cube is scrambled and solved Movement speed Controls the speed of the cube as it moves across the screen. At the lowest setting, the cube rotates in place Rotation speed Controls how fast the entire cube rotates 4. MULTIPLE DISPLAYS ----------------- QBic is multi-monitor aware, meaning that it can detect and handle systems with more than one monitor. However, due to a variety of reasons, it will only draw to the primary monitor, blanking out the rest of the screens. 5. ETC ------ Rubik's Cube is a registered trademark of Seven Towns, Ltd.
